Marcella Marinovich Apollonia è italo-americana, nata a Detroit nel 1995 ed è cresciuta tra due culture che l’hanno resa curiosa, creativa e aperta al mondo. Dopo la laurea in Belle Arti a Chicago, si è trasferita a Firenze e ha coltivato la sua passione per l’immaginazione e la creatività non solo attraverso l’arte visiva, ma anche inventando costumi e personaggi per eventi come il Carnevale o feste private, dove ama unire estetica e gioco teatrale.

Parallelamente lavorava fino al 2023 come manager del ufficio in una università per stranieri. Quando ha finalmente trovato il coraggio di seguire la sua passione e sogno nella vita, quello di recitare, creare, esprimersi, ha iniziato a lavorare come modella, collaborando come commercial model con brand di moda, beauty e lifestyle. Questa esperienza le ha insegnato a muoversi con naturalezza davanti alla camera e a comunicare attraverso l’immagine, qualità che ha portato con sé nel mondo della recitazione. Oggi infatti lavora anche come attrice in pubblicità, video e contenuti per brand, unendo espressività e professionalità.

La sua formazione attoriale è iniziata presso la Scuola Cinema Immagina di Giuseppe Ferlito e si è arricchita con masterclass e laboratori intensivi, tra cui quello con il regista Stefano Lorenzi in Sicilia. Ha preso parte al cortometraggio La Sirinetta diretto da Matteo Novelli e continua a lavorare tra cinema, moda e progetti indipendenti, spostandosi tra Roma, Milano e l’estero.

Alongside her artistic pursuits, she worked until 2023 as an office manager at a university for foreign students. When she finally found the courage to follow her true passion and lifelong dream—acting, creating, and expressing herself—she began working as a model, collaborating as a commercial model with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. This experience taught her to feel at ease in front of the camera and to communicate through image and expression, skills she naturally carried into the world of acting. Today, she also works as an actress in commercials, video campaigns, and branded content, combining expressiveness with professionalism.

Her acting training began at the Scuola Cinema Immagina in Florence under Giuseppe Ferlito and has been enriched by masterclasses and intensive workshops, including one led by director Stefano Lorenzi in Sicily. She appeared in the short film La Sirinetta, directed by Matteo Novelli, and continues to work across film, fashion, and independent projects, moving between Rome, Milan, and abroad.
